“Company is OK but use with caution. £115 renewal quotation was offered. I searched online and found a renewal quotation at £74 .... with ..... Motorcycle Direct! I had no option but to cancel my cover (£115) and immediately take out new cover with the same company (£74). Ridiculous system!”

“Some one tried to steal my bike. And the insurance company did not want to pay out due to a technicality. Had to take out another insurance policy to cover my self. Had 2 months left on old policy (I always pay in full). Sie not get any refund from old policey. Was only £60 but i feel short changed. Will be looking to change brokers next year. During the hole process was 9n hold for 26min. Then 25 mins and the 10mins while trying to sort it all out.. phone bill has cost me approx £15 as they would not give me a direct phone number..”

“The only problem with your customer service is Europa credit are a bit keen to start threatening cancelation of policy within a week of instigating policy and less from when policy starts. All sorted now Just payed in full!”
