“Smartbones - Chicken Sticks I was pleased to be asked to trial smartbones. My ageing Italian Greyhound is highly food-driven, so I had no doubt that a new treat would be well received; I was also pleased to trial a product that was raw-hide free, containing healthy ingredients. As you can see from this photograph, my dog thoroughly enjoyed his smart one for a good 5 minutes, which is a little longer that his usual treats last. Given that his breed are prone to dental issues, it’s an added bonus that smartbones promote dental health.”

“Don’t buy pets from pets at home I was there for 10 years and know a lot about the over breeding program they have . If you have a problem about the breeder you have to stay quiet about it 95% of them have bad issues. The guinea pigs are to young and to small always coming into store with ring worm. The rats have bad breathing problems and the rabbits arrive in tiny cages stuffed into them”

“I received my sample of a large smartbones chicken stick #home tester club Kenco was really excited to try his new treat. He loves the occasional bone but he doesn't digest real ones very well. As soon as he got his chicken stick he held it tightly in his paws and started chewing away.In fact when I was taking his picture he was trying to hide it from me thinking I was after his smart bone. It actually took him longer to chew than a dentistix,well a whole 2 minutes more which is great. Overall he loved it and I will definitely get him some as an occasional treat.”

“Dogs loved the bone. Duke is a fussy eater doesn't tend to like chicken treats but he ate all this . Had this is on a tester #hometesterclub. Having 2 dogs and only 1 bone sent I halved it and they both throughly enjoyed it . Will buy more”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the smartbone chicken strips because my dog is very fussy with his food and treats especially. I opened the packet and putting smartbone in 1 hand and had 1 of his usual treats in my other hand and asked him which one he wanted. Straight away he tapped the smartbone with his paw so I gave it to him and he really enjoyed it I could tell. I will definitely be buying them again as I love to keep him happy. It lasted well and smelt OK too.”

“It's always tricky offering new foods to your dog. No such problem with the smart bones chicken sticks. From the off these look a high quality product but it's the dog that tries it. Charlie took one sniff and took it off me straight away and happily spent 5 minutes eating it. I would highly recommend this as a special treat to your dog and though it looks like rawhide, you can feel it isn't and so safe for your dog”

“The dark haired short girl in great Yarmouth store has no customer service skills what so ever Think pets at home manager should send her either on a course or to the job centre before she gives the store a bad name but the young mixed race girl now she is outstanding at her job sorry don't know her name”

“RIP OFF and Disgusted at the price for a rabbit to have his teeth cut! £70... This was your Hastings St Leonard’s-on-Sea.. They told us £40 for consult and £30 for the actual teeth to be trimmed. After having this done I’m absolutely disgusted to find that my local vets only charge £17 that’s for consult and teeth cut.. So as a family we will never step foot into a pets at home vets side of things ever again.. When usually the local vets are a lot higher in prices I’m very disappointed.. Next time I will definitely shop with my local vets!!”

“They sell hamster cages and wheels that are far too small 😥 Have had to replace everything at considerable expense. Pets at home did not care about the well being of my hamster, only about taking my money. Horrible company.”

“I asked to purchase 2 tropical fish and they asked me a questionare. i was told due to the numbers i already had in my tank they would not sell me any. I told them i was setting up a new tank but they said no. I told them that there tanks had 3 times more fish than mine so they were breaking there own rules and there were dead fish in them and they still said no and could not care less. The gay camp blond manager was so rude and said we are not selling you any fish. No sorry or anything! Just very cold and didnt care a bit. Im a grown nan and was spoken diwn to like a child! Last time I go there! terrible place! I went to a family run pet shop near me and they were so helpful and i got what i wanted.”

“Pets at home in Canterbury wincheap a lady called Ceri has helped me on more than one occasion and has been amazing with helping me get everything I need for my 13 week old puppy and I will gladly keep going back there as all the staff have been very friendly”

“Pets at home At Alban's. Staff manning the door very polite and ensuring no groups coming in but there was 1 customer who didn't want to follow the rules like everyone else and shouted at the manager and verbally abused him. Don't know how the manager kept his cool. Behaved in such a professional manner. When man couldn't get a reaction he started shouting at other staff and customers. Think the police had to be called. Well done that manager.”
