It did not make me happy as a few weeks ago trying to make a claim I got cut off twice being transferred from one operator to another gave up in the end and just payed for the roof repair myself

i did manage to renew my policy but it was made quite difficult

Disappointed that my premium was increased for less cover. However, after ringing up, I was able to get a better premium and more cover as I had used a comparison site to find a better deal, which they bettered!

Good morning, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Around a month prior to your expiry date, we send out your renewal correspondence by post and email. This document states the renewal premium, cover, when payment will be taken, how to opt out, etc. As confirmed within this correspondence, we take the premium in the week prior to expiry to avoid any potential payment issues preventing the policy set up, leaving your property without cover. not happy about money comming out of my account so long before it was due i was unable to shop about with having been on holiday till the 7th which was 3 days before it was due will go out of my way next year no not renew . less of a policy for more than 40 pound saving . robbery springs to mind

this was a renewal and the company just renewed this so no consultation just done would have preferred a call from a real person but too late now my fault will be more aware next year and consult compare sites and real people first
