“Good insurance cover at a reasonable price but mot much information around renewal time so it renewed before we expected. Need to remember to check in advance.”

Good morning, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Around a month prior to renewal, you should have received your renewal correspondence by post and email advising of the process, the cover, the premium amount and when it will be taken, (the week prior to expiry to ensure any payment issues can get resolved to avoid leaving our customers without cover) and also, how to opt out of renewing. There are also several reminder emails sent in the final month of cover leading up to your renewal to ensure you are aware of the cover. Within this correspondence, it states that to opt out all you need to do is let us know you do not wish for the policy to automatically renew.
