“Salesperson made me a better offer than comparison website. He did speak too quickly at times which made him hard to understand. I had to ask him to slow down a number of times.”

“I've only just bought this policy (hence the score of 3 out of 5), so I can't say much they. However it was easy to buy, I went through compare the market, documents arrived in my email account quickly,”

“Reviewed my proposal and amended to mach another cheaper proposal who offered better cover”

“Including free legal cover made cost comparable with other providers on a quick check. No reminders in the last couple of weeks before renewal though (email and post reminders about 1 month before renewal but most providers give a 1 week warning as well...) so missed the chance to do final checks!”

“Policy renewal not clear. Gettting a comparison gave several different amounts on the same policy, same company. I know tricky to get answers over Christmas break but no response whatsoever until it was clear I was not renewing. Then plenty of action.”
