“Nothing policy expert has done has made me happy! The amount of junk emails I have had since dealing with them almost makes me unhappy. I really don't care what other people think of you, reviews are pretty meaningless without all the facts.”

“Did they make me happy? Not particularly. I had to argue my case concerning a renewal quote and it was eventually accepted, however, i am still not impressed with the lack of information given when I considered making a claim some years ago which was not honored, but is recorded in my record and has resulted in an increase to future premiums.”

Unfortunately, if you report a loss to us, this is something we will have to disclose on any future applications for insurance.
