“Renewed policy quickly”

“Luckily, I haven't used the insurance so far, so I could only judge from the perspective of using their call center when asking few questions about the scope of coverage. Hence, 3 stars as I cannot confirm how the insurance company would act once someone really uses their services. Hope this helps...”

“I eventually got the price I was originally offered but it took a lot of discussion with the advisor before I got it so I wasn't entirely happy with the service because if I hadn't stood my ground then the price and excess would have been more!”

“Well they were efficient, but I expected a phone call by Friday pm. it is now Saturday pm and no phone call and no idea if the 'problems' brought up have been resolved”

“Found through price comparison website. Lowest price for cover I needed. Hope I never have to use but if I do, I'll update this review if I'm allowed. For now, it stays neutral.”
