“I will never use Post Office again. When I got divorced my name, address, phone number and car registration changed. They tried to charge me over £100 for the changes. No chance.”

“I requested information to help me decide whether or not to claim. I never received this information. It was like dealing with a brick wall. They gave me to believe that all insurance companies are like that, but I have no way of knowing if that is correct. All I can say for sure was that I was left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.”
