“i had an accident which was my fault but i had full comprehensive insurance the accident happened over 12 months ago but i am still waiting to have my car repaired even though i reported it straight away and have lost 6 years no claims bonus”

“I will never use Post Office again. When I got divorced my name, address, phone number and car registration changed. They tried to charge me over £100 for the changes. No chance.”

“I requested information to help me decide whether or not to claim. I never received this information. It was like dealing with a brick wall. They gave me to believe that all insurance companies are like that, but I have no way of knowing if that is correct. All I can say for sure was that I was left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.”

“I had to make two claims were people have run into me. The post office have been great.They explained everything over the phone. Arranged a rental car after mine had been picked up from the garage. They done every thing they said they were going to do. I trust them and will look at their insurance again this year.”
