“£20 to change my address is/was disgusting. Admin fee???? I am pretty sure that they do not pay their staff £20 per hour and since my documents etc were all emailed to me I do not understand how it costs so much.”

“My first claim for years and was unsure of the procedure. Rang the helpline and it was all sorted, within one hour the company doing the repairs rang me to arrange a date to bring me a hire car and take my car away. Car returned on time and looked like new again. I was amazed how easy the whole process was.”

“To claim windscreen damage they made it very difficult to claim, difficult to repair it. And it was only £20 more to do it private.”
