“Awful - avoid at all costs. Tried to make a claim, and spent several hours being bounced between two different departments, neither of which could help me, due to "systems issues". Was advised to "try again in a week", which in a house with a backed up drain and two young children was a disgrace.”

“I needed a new policy for brand new car whilst my existing one was still valid for several months. I was given excellent and clear advice on the best way to deal with this - minimum excess to pay on the existing policy and a very competitive quote for when it expires for next year. For all the same cover it was 1/3rd of the cost of others I had looked at. No complaints!”

“Post Office Insurance was not the cheapest but I went with them because of trusted the Post Office......but this was a mistake. Although I ask for a courtesy car to be included and the information suggested it was I then received a phone call from them asking if I wished to pay extra for a courtesy car. I said it was included and they advised ONLY IT ONE WAS AVIALBLE! What did this mean, difficult to get a straight answer. I did not pay extra because this would have increased the price and other companies would have been cheaper. Will not renew.”
