“The price of the insurance was excellent. The staff were very nice and polite. Bad bit is the waiting time and expensive phone call. And the options are to restrictive and didn’t match what I wanted them for”

“Shocking, just shocking. If you call someone you will have to wait hours to actually speak to someone and when you get through to someone the customer service is shocking.”
