“They cancelled my policy without calling or informing me because they said I never signed the policy agreement with close brothers. And now I have to pay a cancellation fee for a policy that I never cancelled. I am sure that chasing the 155£ they are going to call me and mail me, but they had no time to do it all these 30 days since I started my policy with them. I think that was intentional.”

“Shocking. Paid over £850 for a motorhome policy on my way to collect it. Turned out the motorhome had issues so cancelled the policy after four days. Got charged admin fees of over £200 despite being within cooling off period. Should have read the terms. Avoid - look for a more reputable insurer with fairer terms”

“Error on their end resulted in my policy being cancelled with 3 weeks left on policy. Complaint made,apology given but lost out on my no claims discount for the year. Although apology given,today I received an email to tell me I’m being charged a cancellation fee for the policy they cancelled. Awful customer service and zero communication between themselves.”
