Ordered July 2016 as seemed good value. Simple quick ordering process and documents quickly received. I have not made any claims so was surprised to find that for the next year my premium was to rise by 25%. Had a quick look on Direct Line and found that for my previous Privilege premium I could obtain like-for-like insurance plus accident recovery and a taxi home for the forthcoming year. Ordered this from Direct Line and cancelled via telephone with Privilege who accepted my cancellation with no fuss.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND STUPID AND VERY SLOW! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAD A NO FAULT ACCIDENT AND STILL SUCH A FAFF!!!

I was a bit disappointed that a second car insurance quote amounted to £981 even thou I already had a policy with them

I had no problems whatsoever when taking out my policy with Privilege Insurance, in fact it was extremely easy to deal with all the requirements requested. I would certainly recommend them in future and I hope when I come to renew again later in the year, that I receive the same courtesy and efficiency as I did in 2016. Fortunately, I have not made any claim and hope this will reduce my next premium.

Don't ever take out priviledge insurance ! They have lied to me, there advertising is also false, have caused me nothing but stress ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I've had to make several changes to my policy- change of address, new car, new registration, etc - and each time staff were fast, efficient and friendly. I was expecting to be charged admin fees every time (I think many companies would have charged) but happily this wasn't the case with Privilege. Definitely recommend.

The claims service is beyond incompetent. I was involved in a non-fault accident with a Privilege policyholder who admitted fault. Such a palaver to get my car fixed. I'm going to a solicitor next time around.

Made a claim through this policy. Privillidge are actually really good, helpful and really seem to care. The whole claim process was let down by their supplier who delivered a broken product then took over two weeks to send a replacement ( would have been much longer if I hadn't chased them) they blatantly lied to me on several occasions and failed to keep their promises.

My brother has just been abandoned in wales whilst on holiday from Scotland. Accident was not his fault and other driver is being prosecuted. Privilege have said he will have to hire a car as his was written off, and not entitled to a courtesy car. What a load of rubbish....they haven't even asked him about the injuries he has sustained. DO NOT USE!!!!!!! Appalling foreign customer care, could not give him an English number when asked!

The operator was friendly,fast and efficient. l felt like my custom was valued.I have both home and car insurance with this company and they are fast friendly and the cheapest by over 300 pounds on the car insurance.I love that airport get a copy through the post of my insurance policy. Well done and keep up the good work. One of the best operator I have heard just sorry I couldn't remember his name

Phone to ask for a quote on a vicheal to then be told my car will be still insured has not purchased new car and then 6 days later to get a renewel pack through the door they put my insurance on my old car that I hadn't driven n intact the car is declared ad sorn back on the road for insurance so driven 5 days with no insurance n insuring a vicheal that I had sold on now to be told I can't insure my car ad my policy as swapped tosny time ask for a manager 40 mins later in still arguing with s stupid customer. Service telrphonr guy calling me mam that I hate n he says maybe we can find w superviser I don't want that I want a manager 40 mins later a supervisor witch still hasn't sorted my problem do have no car on the road my daughter at school 4 mile away so can't collect her He told me to walk I said Wat 4 mile there 4 mile back at 32 weeks pregnant hexsaid it's a nice day there service is shocking and a formal complaint to a omnibus is going to follow this company is a joke

Don't use them as their communication is dire and they contradict and provide misinformation to people.. My parked car was hit and I am still awaiting payment 9 days after they said the cheque had been sent.. No car and a family in need and complete misinformation from the agents over eligibility for a hire car.. Also they aim to respond to emails within 5 days.. I am still awaiting a response after 7 and I get nothing from the agents when I call them.. Outsourcing can be good for some but I think they should keep their call centres local as I have received contradictory information and no room for discussion with the last call I made..

Would advise you not to go with 😡privilege😡 , I had the 😡privilege 😡of getting my car insurance with 😡privilege 😡of May 2016 my car was involved in a hit-and-run at my home and 😡privilege😡 Will not put my claim to uninsured insurance bureau and they are trying say I'm at fault . Due to the fact I did not get a numberplate I Live in flats me and my car were at the home address my car was parked I don't understand how I am at fault . All I got from privilege was inconvenience i've been robbed
