“I needed a stone chip repair in my windscreen. All communication was through the repairer (Autoglass) who quickly were able to confirm my cover with Privilege and arranged and completed the repair.”

“It was all very clear and easy to do. even a problem with the delivery date of my new car it was not a problem. It was all very satisfactory. When I had to speak to somebody on the phone they were clear and helpful and very polite.”

“Very fast response, no problem, everyone helpful. kept informed weekly, car was in garage and I had a courtesy car within days. Highly recommended company, I have no claims protection so hope my next year's policy reflects that!. will wait and see”
