“I bought a different cat and the cost of changing the cover was out of order. £40ish and the original cost of the policy was about £100. This is a total rip off and yes it will be in the T&C's but outragous. I will probably look for a new provider even if it is a tad dearer, but I doubt it. Privilage needs to give me a very good reason to stay with them. It is up to them.”

“Having recently made a claim on my insurance, I was very surprised at how easy the process was. They really made me feel as though I was a human being rather than an incident. The claims process was easy to follow and the CS agent was friendly and helpful, explaining the process each step of the way. I would highly recommend Privilege insurance”
