“Very fast response, no problem, everyone helpful. kept informed weekly, car was in garage and I had a courtesy car within days. Highly recommended company, I have no claims protection so hope my next year's policy reflects that!. will wait and see”

“You'll never know how good your insurance cover is unless you make a claim therefore I can't comment apart from it was the cheapest provider I had heard of so that's the one I went for.”

“I had an issue whereby privilege wrote to me about it, I called them and I'm still waiting for a reply but I know I never did what the party that called privilege said I did, but I just did not get an apology letter from them.”

I received clear answers when I needed to upgrade my recovery policy to cover a trip to the Isle of Man, and also to a request to transfer my insurance to a new car during the year.”
