They sent me notice of cancellation for my van insurance. I paid the insurance in full and have 6 mouths left to run. I have been trying to contact them for 1 week by phone they don't even bother to put you on hold anymore they just ignore you. E mail forget that there's Moore chance of England wining the World Cup than getting a response from this lot

they don't answer the phone, left them several emails. Never replied to any of my emails. I don't know what type of company are they running, they put me on hold for more than an hour and no one bothered to answer the phone. Can;t imagine how will you process a claim with this type of company who does't reply at all. My advice will be not to buy any insurance with these guys

Got a quote with them and when I phoned up to take out the policy I was placed on hold for 20 minutes, then put through to the wrong department. I was told someone would phone me back but they didn't. Then when I called back again and again I found there was only one person who can deal with my quote as its a non standard policy (because I have a lodger) and they wouldn't be in for another few days. Very very bad customer service. I think they've done me a favour as I wouldn't want to try and claim through them!

THINK TWICE. They wanted more to cancel my policy than what was left owing on the policy. Have left the policy running and I'm paying for Buildings and Contents insurance for a property I no longer own.

WORST COMPANY EVER PLEASE TAKE NOTE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ... DONT DO IT !!!! I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life I have 2 vehicles with them, they have messed up my policy & payments constantly & then have the nerve to charge me more money for their mistakes after another lengthy 50min conversation today the ( and I use this title very loosely ) customer service representative called me a liar . I'm waiting the recording of the conversations off them now which is costing me even more money & time .. Absolutely disgusting company ...

I contacted Quote line to take advantage of the insurance I had with them. I was referred to Arc Legal as this was a consumer matter. (Another bunch of incompetents) When things started going wrong with ARC Legal, another story. I went back to Quote line and raised the problems with them. Initially they were stand offish and really didn't seem to care very much but after keeping onto them they have taken a completely different approach and decided that they couldn’t care less. After persisting with the first line incompetents it was referred to someone who declared they were the complaints manager “Sidrah Malik”, She listened to the saga, said all the right things but I later found out that in the first instance she wasn’t the complaints manager and in the second instance did absolutely nothing to help at all. In fact I couldn’t even find any evidence at all that she had assisted with the problems with Arc Legal at all. I believe I was deliberately lied too. After doing some research about the company I found out that “Matthew Eadie” Was the Customer Service Manager. When I finially got to speak with him, I thought I’d had what seemed to be a reasonable conversation. He pledged to look into the matter and come back to me within a couple of days. More than a week later he failed to keep his promise and hadn’t called me with the promised update. Instead he wrote to me dusting down his shoulders and claiming that it was all down to the underwriters to make a decision and nothing to do with them as the broker. I spoke with Towergate the insurers and they most definitely stated in very clear terms it was the broker who was responsible. I also spoke with the FOS and they reinforced the position. In brief Quote Line had taken my money it was their responsibility to help. Having stated to this to “Eadie” he only wrote back with more excuses. I protested again and demanded my money back as I had been told to do by my credit card company and this time “Steve Murray” wrote back and again referred me away. Ironically he is the compliance Manager. So it seems I must take the matter to the FOS to have the compliance manager educated in matters of compliance !! My Credit card company have registered the complaint and started the process of getting my money back. All this has detracted from the original claim and that isn’t being dealt with. I would urge anyone to think very carefully about using Quote Line or any of the other names they go by. If qouteline people could come on here and write themselves a good review,,, they might. Very sweet lips and quick to line you up for the kill. When it comes to getting them at talk to you after, no chance. This company has 100 people on business startup and 5 on customer service. I cancelled straight away and went crawling back to aviva.. Yes, £300 more but worth every penny... If you guys dont believe me, get your wallets out and come to a world of pain. 10/12/2015. from someone whos heard all there queue music and spoken to the rudest people with no time for you...

After cancelling my insurance with them I had to pay just over £130 to the finance company. It doesn't show on the contract/policy. Go somewhere else to get your insurance. Also the customers service is utterly useless, it takes ages for them to pick up the phone even if you are the first one on the list. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
