“I f I had realised sooner,exactly what "online only" meant,i don't think I would have proceeded.i was given free legal assistance,so as not to continue this cover,as I would be charged into my 2nd year,i must cancel this.i cannot find out how to cancel,as I cannot get a reply.as it online only and impossible to talk to a person properly,no i'm not happy with the way the product is peddled”

“Hi Team, i did ask for my paperwork for my insurance as got no printer. If i ever had a crash i would not no what to give for details of my insurance. I thorght this part of your servise was very poor. If you could send so some out i would be very greatfull. Do you have a card to say if in a crash this is my insurance details as i think this would be very handy aspelery these days of driving. Many thanks Kevin”

“Quick and easy, with good value for money. Haven't had to make a claim so don't know what they are like about this. Disappointed I couldn't transfer no claims discount from a van to a car, which is my only vehicle. Other than that, perfectly good.”

“Sometimes it is nice to speak to someone and everything seems to be online with your company. Fortunately, we have not had to make a claim, so not sure how easy it would be to contact you by telephone. Other than that we have a very competitive quote so hope it stays that way when it's renewal time!”
