I have just become a new customer with "QMH " due to pricing. Again just what other people have said: Uploading of NCD is poor. if i dont get my NCD up loaded in next few days I will be cancelling this policy and going elsewhere. Owners should be held responsible and liable for gross incompetence of there IT systems. They should try and remove as many of the obstacles and may retain customers.

what a joke,cannot get on the website and my insurance is about to run out,cannot get my no claims.they say they have sent emails, they have not.AVOID THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

Quote me Happy is a dreadful car insurance company. My email inbox has constantly been spammed with no claim discount emails even though I've provided the information on numerous separate occasions and the customer service provided is terrible. Once the year is up, I will pay more to go with a more reputable and respectable company who value their customers and try to instil some form of customer loyalty.

Dreadful customer service if I could mark as 0 stars I would have, they tried to take out money from my account on the wrong day then took it back out again 3 days later and guess what thankyou very much for adding a default notice on my credit file and also a threatening email stating court action WTAF is wrong with these people

I have two car policies with quote me happy only one is showing on my account but I am about to be charged for the renewal of the other policy. There is no customer service just an AI chat bot. I like Aviva based on past experience but this just does not function

I had to upload my NCD form from my previous insurance company to my Quotemehappy account. I uploaded it onto my account. I had to upload it today as it was the last day as they had told me to do so. Anyway as I uploaded I also checked my details as well. Then my payment page came up which said that even though my first payment would be due 12/10/19...for some reason they would instead take the first payment, which would be double the amount on 12/11/19. I clicked ok. Then I checked my payment schedule for the on-coming year. To my shock horror....the double amount they will be taking out on 12/11/19 they will then be taking out each and every month until my policy ends next year!!!! Are you kidding me??? That is double my initial AGREED original quote!!! I am TOTALLY FUMING!!! What an absolute CON!! I have sent them 2 emails to explain this as well as made a complaint. They state on the information page that if any corrections need to be made to policy details then you log into your account to change any details required. Neither does it say anywhere on their information that they will DOUBLE you original full quote or explain that this is a possibility!!! I am in a state of shock! Do they actually think that they can get away with this without it going to the OMBUDSMAN?? If they do not rectify my complaint then I will cancel my policy with them....which will incur their extortionate con-artists fees but I will still take this to the Omsbudsman. Companies like this cannot get away with charging double the original quote just because a policy holder wants to change a minor detail. Absolutely disgusting company......KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY......they should be called QUOTE ME ANGRY!!!

"How on earth do I change my policy when I’ve changed my car when your systems are down I now have a car that is not insured and I need it for work not impressed. When the site is working, I'm not getting emails to re-set my password. No one is replaying to e-mails. It is a vicious circle. I could not go to work because of this.

I have water pouring through my light fittings in my downstairs bathroom - I drained the bath from the bathroom above just before I noticed it. Trying to get through to Quote me Happy and still holding, its been 35 mins with that continual terrible music. Never again!! I will never use this company again.

If I could put no stars I would. I have spent all morning trying to look for a number or email address or SOMETHING to contact this company as I have been declared medically unfit to drive for 6 months so wanted to know if there was anything I could do at all to reduce my insurance. The e-chat facility is the most useless robot ever invented and the only number they have available is for claims (which I used in May and seemed to be fine) however the support for general enquiries is absolutely useless I will definitely be moving away from this excuse of a company. I've never seen a company so disengaged with their customers in my life... Avoid avoid avoid....

Poor. Difficult to contact. Email only with every response requiring you to manage account through website. Very annoying when you are wanting to cancel a policy. Resulted in late cancellation (3 days into policy). Charged £28 to cancel. No flexibility with this charge. Customers are an annoyance to them

Cancelled my policy at 8am Sunday morning with no prior complaints, they said I was £36 short! Apparently they contacted me 3 weeks earlier but I haven’t got anything in my emails! I was under the presumption that I had paid the policy in full the first week it was up for renewal To make this worse there is no way of contacting them, you need to send an email and wait 4-5 hours for a reply

Thought i'd write a review after all the negative ones on here. I change my insurance policies on a regular basis. Been with Quote Me Happy for both cars for a couple of years with £20 multi car discount on each, their price is very competitive. In June my husband had an accident and my first thought was what are they going to be like because they're so cheap. It did take 20 minutes or so to get through to their claims line but have been very efficient otherwise. He had a courtesy car for a couple of weeks all sorted the next day. We had a choice of garage to repair his, the one we chose was excellent keeping us updated on progress. It's all sorted now, the other party accepted responsibility and we're just waiting to get our excess back that we had to pay. Have just renewed with them as they were the cheapest again. Very happy with the way they dealt with everything.

I got a letter telling me if I don’t respond they would cancel my policy. I had already taken a new policy with another company so didn’t do anything. Two weeks later I get a threatening letter telling me if I don’t pay £161.93 they would take further action. I have the money I tried paying it but couldn’t log in. I clicked on forgotten password/ username and was promised an Email with a reset one. It never materialised. I clicked on ‘ Still having trouble’ I connected to a robot..... no matter what I typed the Robot would then ask ...Did I answer your question? I clicked No and the response was, thanks for your feedback! I’ve rung so many numbers even Aviva and the car insurance department. I actually cried I was that frustrated. I managed to register a complaint and received an automated E mail stating they would get back to me on the next working day. That working day is Monday 23/9/29 or the day further action will be taken if I don’t pay! There’s no address to send a cheque to or Bank details to make a transfer. I’m not sure what to do if I have no response?

I really wish I'd found this page before! I've been with this company previously & had no problems. Having said that, my initial web enquiry was easy. I've never had to make a claim & am dreading that possibility now. I have just taken out a car policy & struggled to gain entry to the My Account section, which made paying for the premium difficult. Eventually managed it, but can still not gain entry to download any documents. The communication system is appalling & the automatic response part does not cover this specific problem. A real human being has responded (my assumption is that it's a real person, I may be wrong as he has clearly not read my contact messages) but the access situation has not been resolved. If this was a claim situation I would be massively angry by now, whereas I am just quietly seething at the moment. The customer service is clearly very poor. They excuse this by saying that they are an online service designed to keep prices low. However, it is possible to have an online service that deals with issues & complaints - they just choose not to have one.

Terrible, avoid! Ttried to change house details for a certain moving date, it change the cover immediately! I then attempted to change back to my current address, but what ever date I put said it was invalid. With no phone support I'm currently sitting here in an uninsured house hoping it doesn't catch fire or get burgled until they take the 24 hours stated to reply to my email!

Please guys don't try to cancel a policy with these crooks nearly £60 just because I sold the car all online just a disgrace I have 5 cars in the family but never ever use these crooks
