Cannot change policyholder on the existing policy. One of the only insurance companies I have come across that doesn’t let you change the main driver. Ridiculous.

Try talking to a human about a policy query, good luck! I regret my decision to go with this company which is part of the Aviva group.

The system makes it near impossible to renew your log in details. you go around in circles! Do not go with this company!

There's no way to contact customer support. No phone number, and no direct email. I can't believe this company is allowed to keep trading. AVOID this company at all costs. Where are the FCA? Is there no regulation of insurance companies????

You are meant to be in control of tour own policy this isnt true. I renewed my car policy but at the same time I was changing my car which so amended my policy but the car wasnt ready for collection so had to keep my car, I've tried to change reg no. back to my old car but wont let me I have to contact them which apparently takes upto 24 hrs to reply....still waiting and I dont know if I shall be able to take my car as I'm not insured until they get on touch....this is a joke company, a farce....do not recommended in a million years.

Price is reasonable, so you think you’re getting a bargain! You know the saying, “if it seems too good to be true...” Until things go wrong, which in real life they do, you’ll be fine, but you won’t be able to contact people- things that can be sorted in 1 minute take waiting days for emails to be written. I was pushed for time made a new policy with them as I got a new car, when I had two weeks left on my old one they said that I couldn’t prove my previous year of no claims despite the fact that year was with them. I lost a whole year because of two weeks.

Very poor service You may as well put the money you pay into a savings account & pay for any damages directly As when you make s claim you get pushed out to a 3rd party company & have zero contact

No customer service, it’s all online. It makes it so hard to get in contact to sought things out!, I cancelled my policy months ago, I still haven’t got my refund back. They say my refund was on hold and didn’t no what to do with it, when I finally got in contact(which takes 24hrs to get back in touch) they say the email chain was lost ON THE SAME DAY! I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company, don’t get sucked in with there cheap prices.

Holding my refund for my cancellation and not telling me for months. Saying they have lost the email chain, on the same day. Making it hard to get my money back! Still haven’t got it back now. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I suggest QuoteMeHappy set up a car insurance number, for people to call up and speak to an actual person.

I want to but insurance, but I am told to log in. I can't remember my user name etc from years ago and because of this you just go round and round typing messages and getting no where. I'm going to pay a bit more and go elsewhere. I dread ti think how bad it is if you have to make a claim!

The inability to be able to speak to customer services is so frustrating. Their 'on line chat' is just an automated system giving irrelevant responses. They have taken money from me AFTER I CANCELLED and there is NOTHING I can do about it!! Because I can't speak to anyone. I wouldn't EVER use these again!! Don't be sucked in by low prices. They'll make the extra money by helping themselves to your account at a later date!!!!

Horrendous to deal with if you have any policy issues as I had. NCD proof uploaded no acknowledgement of this just daily emails asking to upload it. Try to contact someone to discuss is a joke. No CS telephone number. Ok I expected that but no online chat no direct email or I could not find it as Despite repeated attempts I could not get past the bot. So policy cancelled this cost me more but back to a supplier I could actually call. You might be lucky if all goes through smoothly but if not beware.

Been trying to contact them for well over 4 months, but never had one reply to any of my emails. I then found that all of my emails had bounced, and none of them were getting through. I tried all the email adresses that they supplied, but not one of them is going through to them. I am at a complete loss with them. I am still listed as "At fault" on a claim from 18 months ago, that they should have been fixing, but still nothing. This company is a joke.

Shocking treble I try to log in but it won't it has locked me out I just want my n.c.docements impossible to contact any one by email honestly I will never bother with this company day two still waiting for a email nothing

Do not use this company! I have recently changed my car and wanted to cancel my policy online which they have made impossible to do, as they are saying I have to upload documents which I have already done. Now they emailed saying they want money from me (I had to cancel direct debit as I no longer am the owner of the car) and are threatening debt collectors! I have been trying to email them for at least ten days to cancel my policy with no response! Very poor service would not recommend

Not just the worst insurance company I've ever used by one of the worse companies period! I had only being using them for 1 year for my car insurance and in that year had no real issues but then didnt need them as had no claims. My renewal came up and as is common in the insurance market, the policy auto-renewed. I am used to that happening and have on occasions been caught out with my premium going up a bit. However Quote Me Happy doubled my premium! It went from £670 to £1,350. None of my details changed (vehicle, address etc.), I had made no claims, I've been driving for 14 years and have 10 years plus no claims! I've contacted them but no reply! Absolutely disgraceful. Shocking company!!

They renewed a policy that I'd previously paid outright for the year .not direct debit. I cancelled it immediately and they refunded the money...then they took the money out again..still waiting for a reply and I expect a full refund..it's £96 so not trivial.
