What a waste of money these guys are my black box wasn’t reading my travel I sent several emails no reply had an email yesterday my policy is being cancelled been driving 7 years with no issue with any other insurance company within a week when I had no response what a joke will be taking to small claims court

Policy did not renew automatically - my fault for not noticing this. However, a new quote immediately (as in, just after midnight) was 50% higher than the renewal quote! You are providing THE SAME COVER to THE SAME CAR over THE SAME TIME PERIOD! Absolutely pathetic conduct, morally bankrupt little company with zero respect for loyal customers and an imbecilic approach to business. You lost my custom for DECADES.

They took deposit from me and second day revoked my insurance, saying that back in 2019 something was not right, I even didn’t try to explain them , so yeah one worst insurance consultant peoples please avoid this company ‼️‼️‼️ There is no contact number on emails they don’t answer they don’t want give back the money they just rip off peoples avoid avoid this scum bag company

What a waste of space these guys are. One of their insured customers went into the back of my car in November, they called me and said they'd repair the damage... in January, February or March! Called my own insurance company (Direct Line) and they are taking my car in a few days. Quote me happy sent a number of conflicting details, promised a callback within 24 hours, which unsurprisingly I never got. These clowns wanted me to do all the leg work for them when I was the one inconvenienced. I highly recommend staying away from these lot.

What a rip off, thought i had house insurance but for some reason they wouldnt give me buildings insurance, didnt give any reason why but took full price anyway, tried to cancel and surprise surprise the button just takes you round in a loop, what a rip off of a company, lesson learnt will never use again

Very bad coverage, doesn't even cover if your car breaks down in the UK, although I was told that it is supposed to cover EU, they give you a RAC number but then RAC says you have to pay!

There web site is rubbish I enter the post code for my address and search address it then brings my address up and then tells me it’s incorrect and kicks me out. I THINK I KNOW MY OWN ADDRESS AND POSTCODE I LIVED THERE FOR 25 years. The web site has got pre designated questions non of which I want to ask. I just want to add another car on to my existing policy. I think I’m going to cancel and go elsewhere..

Tried to get car insurance with them which turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Really frustrating to deal with as there is no way of getting hold of them to answer any queries that they were requesting, which doesn't bode well when you're trying to give them money. I hate to think what it would be like trying to make any claims, though reading all the other reviews here I think that one's been answered. Will not be dealing with them.

The worst car insurance company ever. No costumer service, no phone number to solve problems, no reply to any emails, online complaints not working (so convenient)... uploaded my docs more than 10 time no reply my insurance cancelled because proof of address I send v5 banks statement driving license and after send mobile bill utility bill still not reply this company stuck on middle I have to go to solicitor because all my insurance high I have to pay taxi every day £20 school drop off my wife twice hospital people don’t buy Aviva insurance fake this 10 yers 1st time Problem stupid company I have fight against this company all proof mentally disturb and put this company review every were and put the viral video on YouTube and TikTok don’t buy if you stuck go with this company

this second time 1st time deleted my real review plz plz don't buy don't buy this company this fake company provides cheap insurance online after cancellation without any reason I have 10 years no claim bones all accepted this company no accepted and cancel my insurance after month £150 cut the one month I have provided all information 10 time but no reply no reply I have 5 year old kid every day 2 miles go to drop off school this insurance hang on my all insurance Go hier because this cancel my policy I have very mental disturbed my wife also epilepsy this Company stuck on the middle I have sent 20 email still not reply I have requested to all don't buy this company no contact number email not response at all I have go and complain citizen bureau

Avoid at all costs! No human interaction, all done by bots. No customer service facilities. No way to communicate in a meaningful way. No way to resolve what should be fairly simple matters. JUST NOT WORTH IT!!

I wish I had looked at these reviews before choosing QMH for home insurance. Five years we have been with them and now we need to claim. Our claim is not covered. On Wednesday 18th October at 20.45 there was a huge gust of wind and an immediate bang and rumbling noise from our roof. My husband went outside to find a large strip of lead flashing laying on the path and a gash running down the roof where the flashing had been. Contacted the insurance first thing , we have home emergency cover on the policy too. They agreed to come out and do an emergency repair on the Friday morning which was a relief with more rain forecast. This morning we had the surveyor out to inspect for the proper repair. He informed us that there was nothing they could do as they had checked with the met office and there was only 47 mile an hour winds at the time and the minimum claim strength is 55. We can’t believe it !! The roof is damaged it’s not like someone got up there n damaged it or we’ve neglected it. My husband is in his 60s with health problems it’s not like he can get up there himself and fix it. I’m taking the matter further these corporate companies should not be able to basically fleece you n give nothing back.

I've had nothing but trouble with black box not connecting or recording trips. Been threatened with policy cancellation despite doing everything that I'm been asked to do. I've requested new black box twice which has been ignored, just get generic replies telling me how to connect the app etc. I'm 18 and if this policy is pulled by them, I will never get insurance again. I though it was just me until I started reading other reviews. Mom and dad have car policies with QMH and service etc has always been good, but my black box is a farce.

Totally useless, I get an e-mail and a text every week saying they can't detect any movement, I've made at least 15 calls to them , they sent another black box ( lol, it's quality is about the same as a fairground stall prize). This box didn't work either, eventually they told me to ignore their e-mails and texts, yet everyweek I still get a text saying that my insurance could be void if the black box doesn't work. They are the most useless bunch of phuqwits ever to draw breath. Avoid, it's just not worth the aggro !

Absolutely appalling company. Asked them to send a black box several times before I received it. My windscreen needed a replacement and the company they use had a 2 week waiting list to get it repaired. In the meantime, I had no car to drive. Shouldn't take as long as that, but they have you over a barrel as they will only pay up to £50 if you don't use their preferred repairer. Would have given them 0 stars if I could.

Horrible company, quick at taking your money. They will find any excuse to avoid the claim. Made home emergency claim due to leaky roof,while it was raining, I was told claim is not covered under hme emergency . If this is not home emergency then I don't know what they call home emergency.

I cancelled my policy as they constantly getting the information wrong, but they still renewed my policy without my consent, I am still trying to receive my refund but I have to constantly battle with them as they never read my emails and just get a bot to reply which end up being met with more frustration - do not use shocking
