“In two years I didn't have any issues but you raised the insurance cost 25 quids per month without any reason, I called to customer service and no answer about the rising cost, so I cancelled the contract rightly”

“"I was involved in a accident a lorry hit me\r\nAnd from start to finish with my claim was dealt within 5 weeks.\r\nI only had to wait 1 day for a replacement hire car I was updated on how the claim was being investigated & paid out promptly.\r\nI would recommend Sheila\u2019s wheels to all my friends."”

“MY PARTNER HAD HER CAR STOLEN 4 DAYS AGO AND HAS TO WAITVOVER A WEEK FOR A COURTESY CAR THAT SHE PAID FOR WHEN SHE TOOK THE INSURANCE OUT, ILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THESE OR EVEN GUVE THEM A GOOD SHOUT OUT ... YA ABSOLUTELY SCANDALOUS AS AN INSURANCE FIRM... POOR FIRM POOR ATTITUDE AND POOR IN MAKING SURE YOU STAY IN A VEHICLE WHEN YOU HAVE PAID THE EXTRA ...”

“Changed insurers and asked Sheila's Wheels to send the usual proof of NCD, which I forwarded on to my new insurers. It turns out that Sheila's Wheels have declared I have only 1 years NCD. As my previous insurer stated I had 13 years,which was passed on to Sheila's Wheels, I would like to know where that has gone in the last12 months, as my present insurance has hit me with a £50.00 bill to reflect 1 year rather than the 24 I have. Your automated question system never understands the question and throws up all sorts of non related answers,I tried 3 different phone numbers and got cut off each time without speaking to a human being. You are an extremely difficult company to get enquiries through to.”

“I honestly will never buy insurance with sheilas wheels ever again. 6 weeks now had an accident . No update whatsoever . Ringing every other day. Waiting inques 55 minutes or more. 3rd class company”

In July after the fires that had been in the news I was called by the Company to check that we were safe and to ask if we needed anything following the devastating fires in our road. \r\nThis was such a kind act and made us feel treasured as customers. \r\nThey\u2019ve certainly got my custom for next year.
