“I have just wasted 2hrs tring to get through to cancel my policy !!! Suprise suprise there is cancellation fee which is equal to the amount left on my policy !!! Might as well just left it !!! What a rip off company this Is !!!”

“In two years I didn't have any issues but you raised the insurance cost 25 quids per month without any reason, I called to customer service and no answer about the rising cost, so I cancelled the contract rightly”

“MY PARTNER HAD HER CAR STOLEN 4 DAYS AGO AND HAS TO WAITVOVER A WEEK FOR A COURTESY CAR THAT SHE PAID FOR WHEN SHE TOOK THE INSURANCE OUT, ILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THESE OR EVEN GUVE THEM A GOOD SHOUT OUT ... “Changed insurers and asked Sheila's Wheels to send the usual proof of NCD, which I forwarded on to my new insurers. It turns out that Sheila's Wheels have declared I have only 1 years NCD. As my previous insurer stated I had 13 years,which was passed on to Sheila's Wheels, I would like to know where that has gone in the last12 months, as my present insurance has hit me with a £50.00 bill to reflect 1 year rather than the 24 I have. Your automated question system never understands the question and throws up all sorts of non related answers,I tried 3 different phone numbers and got cut off each time without speaking to a human being. You are an extremely difficult company to get enquiries through to.”

“I honestly will never buy insurance with sheilas wheels ever again. 6 weeks now had an accident . No update whatsoever . Ringing every other day. Waiting inques 55 minutes or more. 3rd class company”
