“Had a live chat with a lady, nazia, she was very helpful! Ticked all the boxes, the live chat system itself definitely needs some improving, I couldn't find the chat survey button and did not get a chance to leave a good review on for her.”

“Competitive rates, always great customer service, UK based so you’re not dealing with a call handler outside of the UK. I was extremely happy with them and only changed to another provider due to a lower rate that time of renewal.”

“Sheila's wheels phoned me within 2 hours of my accident being notified to them by third party. They arranged repairs, collection, car hire (covered) and return of my car within a month of the accident. Always kind and polite on the phone. Very happy with them and have recommended them widely.”

“I find Sheila's Wheels to be everything that I would expect of a leading Motor Insurance Provider. Although modest by measure I appreciated their unsolicited partial policy refund in respect of significantly reduced mileage due to the current history-making epoch.”

“First time with Sheilas wheels easy to do business with there is normally to much red tape but this was easy I just hope their not like others when they’ve got you they put the price up out of your reach so you can renew each year can only hope”

“Cannot fault Sheilas wheels, Customer service great, I wanted a policy without breakdown cover, protected no claims, and £0 excess and they provided all of this and worked out cheaper than far inferior cover.”
