“Over 18 months ago I discovered Sheila's Wheel through a car insurance comparison web-site. I found that dealing with Sheila's Wheel on-line was very good. They had actually properly thought of thier very good and easy to follow Web-site design. It was very easy to navigate through step by step AND it was also easy to underastand each step and broad terms of the car insurance cover. In general all the 'small prints' were clearly explained BUT in the large print. ABOVE ALL DEALING WITH SHEILA'S WHEEL I SAVED £183.00 ON THE CAR INSURANCE. My current insurance provider quoted mote then £400, whereas Sheila' Wheel quoted less then £275.00, a real bargain.”

“I’v been a customer with Sheila he’s wheels for years. I’v never had a claim and pay annually. I find them hard work I inquired to add my granddaughter on my insurance last year as a learner driver and was told that I couldn’t. Just rang them this morning to ask about business insurance am I covered and find out no I’m not but I can be at a price. There is always a price. I will 100% not be renewing my car insurance with them in the future.”

“Dear Sheilas wheels I was absolutely gob-smacked that you saw fit to charge me £88 for switching my policy over from one vehicle to another! Surely the amount of work involved, i.e. ticking and adding information on your IT system does not justify such a large amount? Unfortunately due to this, I will not be looking to Sheila's wheels for a quote when my car insurance is up in April 2018. Regards Daniell Hubbard”

“Re- cost of policy. On my 2nd year the premium was increased even though no claim etc. When speaking to them they very kindly brought it down to the one advertised online. They have always been very helpful when I have phoned.”

“I was very disappointed that I was unable to have my daughter who now lives in Australia included in the policy for three weeks last summer. My daughter aged 54 years has a claim free driving history and has driven safely for over 30 years. Every other time she has visited I have included her on my policy and when I changed my policy to another firm they included her without any problems. Not at all happy with Sheila’s Wheels.”

“Unfortunately we have been trying for the last 4/5 months to get a claim sorted in which we provided video footage. They have been very unhelpful and have not spoken to us regarding this claim despite numerous calls from ourselves and promises of communication.”
