“"As with all, the quality of the service only comes to the fore when you need to make a claim. Having not as yet made a claim it is difficult to judge. However the service received when setting up the policy was very good."”

“"At the time they were the cheapest offer for what was required. I didn't make any claims so I guess I was the model customer. However when I went to renew the premium had gone up by nearly 25% so I would recommend for one year!"”

“Bought through confused.com. There was no mention of the NHS discount that Sheila’s wheels does as I was signing up, and when I phoned customer service I was put on hold for half an hour only to be told if I cancelled within the 14 days will be a £20 admin charge!”

“"Gave correct details online .Type was 2nd car & a new policy.Asked my no claims.so typed them in.Pay amount due .Only to be told later in wk ,policy had to start with a new no claims not 1 that was already on other car in use.So sorting online is not clear & I had to pay an additional \u00a380.Following wk .IF friend had not told me ,my insurance would not have been valid "”
