“Very unhappy with poor service - it seems to be impossible to lapse and they debit your credit card at renewal, whether you want them to or not! I am currently trying to get my money back and am being MISdealt with by Rachel Baine - I recommend if you contacted by her, ask for someone else LOL”

“Swiftcover has a good all round package regarding the website and how easy it is to navigate. My only gripe is every insurance company is missing the fundamental loyalty issue. I would love to stay loyal but it seems every year I am forced to shop around to get a competitive price. Please listen and reward loyalty then I'll stick with you!”

“Cheapest by quite a lot in comparison to other insurers. Lost my copy of my certificate of insurance, it was really easy yo log into my online account with swift cover and print out copies. .”
