Shocking service and initially a cheap quote that worked out costing a lot more than stated on the comparison websites.
I changed my car a month into the policy and they wanted an additional £260 for the privilege where I could get a whole new quote from an actual reputable company for not much more.
I cancelled my policy with these jokers and after their extortionate cancellation and admin fees i was not left with much of a refund. A refund which took a lot longer to arrive than they stated and only arrived because I hassled them. In short a months insurance with these cost me over £250 (for a 4 door family saloon - not even a sports car).
Lesson learned - cheapest is not always best. Pay a bit more and go with someone you know is reputable. They must have bought their 5* Defaqto rating.”
“Absolute rubbish - do not touch them with a barge-pole. Gave me a quote through confused.com which was paid for and they then sent me documents. Excellent - until they then wrote to me and said there had been an error and the actual premium was double what they originally quoted and that there was also a £50 administration fee to pay too. A £99 premium ended up costing me £250. If I wanted to cancel the original policy, it was going to cost the the original non-refundable £99 premium and guess what a £50 admin fee.”
“Would not recommend anyone to take out insurance with this company.. The are nothing but money grabbing c$?ts I called them this morrining ad was told they would phone me back.. Still ain't had a call back.. Each time I contacted them they kept saying something was missing.. And I know that I sent in every document the asked for They keep adding extra charges this afternoon I receive a txt saying that they were cancelling my policy.. So rang them back and was told to ignore it but added an extr £25 on to my monthly payment... I have never had so much trouble with an insurance company since I have been driving.. This is the fist company in years that have told me I wasn't sent in documents.. But ther was still stuff missing... I had sent in ( proof of no claims.. Front and back copy of driving licence.. Signed and dated proposal forms and my licence share code..) which is everything the asked for.. I have even checked the email to make sure.. And all was there.., I highly recommend you stay away from this company.. I have now cancelled my policy and have to wait 40 days for my refund..”
“Sales team were great! However, there was no follow up to the call stating my policy number. I called back and had to wait 20 mins for the phone to be answered. I asked for a receipt for my deposit payment and was told this was not something the company did. This meant that I'd formed a contractual arrangement with a company which has various cover-names and I have no immediate proof of that transaction by email. I have to wait for the paperwork to arrive by snail-mail. I was made to feel as though I was causing a problem by asking for some proof of purchase... despite being incredibly polite. Not impressed.”
“I phone them in the evening like 19:10 and I was holding the line for 45 minutes, and then when finally somebody answered they told me we are closing now we will call you tomorrow.
Tomorrow no body called me so I called them back and after an other 10 minutes on a phone got told that they will call me. They never did had to call them back, spoke to somebody and after 30 minutes talk got told that they can't give me the price I got from Internet . Wasted my time my money calling 0843, useless insurance stay way from them. They are just a scams!!!!!”

BE WARNED 'CHEAPEST [IN THE FIRST INSTANCE]....CAN END UP [WITH SMALL CHANGES TO YOUR POLICY]>>>>>VERY EXPENSIVE. I BELIEVE THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THE BULK OF THEIR PROFITS!!!
