“Absolutely appalling. Involve far too many people in the process of a non fault claim and don’t keep the customer updated at all. Be prepared to do most of the work yourself as they, Markerstudy et al don’t like to do much. Thankfully the complaints dept usually know how to handle the complaints. They must get a lot!”

we had another driver go into us, the other party tried to contact our insurer but as Zenith has ignored them the other party are now taking us to court! How can you pay for insurance up front and they do not do anything and just ignore you! I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.”

“I've been on hold for 1 hour and 25 minutes so far...to discuss a letter sent to me saying I'd make a claim... Which isn't true. What company leaves customers on hold for an hour and a half ?!!!!”
“Awful experience. Like all insurance outfits, they fleece you at every opportunity and make it virtually impossible to cancel/change your policy and even if you can alter your policy, it costs an extortionate amount. Completely disproportionate to the cost of the actual work involved. Absurd cancellation costs. AVOID.

“Extremely good customer service and competitive price. Shame about the phone line wait but that is down to the situation with COVID so completely acceptable. It’s also nice not to be speaking to someone at a busy factory in India.”
“Zenith Canada here. Got a rate of $160 a month for home and car, place I was living at was an apartment building. Fires at the building often and car accidents on the corner. Horrible place for more than those reasons. Pipes bursting all the time, just a genuine slum. Moved into a nice house, safer area on a quiet street, literally 750m to a fire hall and my rates go way up. Not to mention when I called and emailed to tell them I was moving and trying to update my file I thought I was good. Apparently nothing was done cause I decided to double check a couple months after moving since my new slip hadn’t shown up, I moved in June and informed them in April, they never changed any of my information and the guy I was emailing never got back to me. Did get it dealt with but again rates jumped $30 a month and now with no accidents or ticket ever it’s gone up again. I’m not renewing.”
