The service I have received is appalling and has caused me so much stress.
I had an accident Monday 3rd Oct at 9am. I was told someone would recover my car within 2 hours. Almost 24hours later my car was still there. I had to keep returning to my car to check on it, which I don’t live near, and keep the parking updated.
I have spent hours on the phone trying to find out what’s going, whilst trying to continue my job as an optician, which has affected my work and caused my appointments to run behind. I was told numerous times someone would ring me back which they never did.
After nearly 24hours I was told enterprise weren’t going to deal with my car repair and I then had to relay everything to Marker study.
I was told, marker study were dealing with the repairs on my car going forward and enterprise were still supplying the hire car.
I have now received an email from enterprise to sign a credit agreement for them to do the repairs!!!!!!!!
Dealing with Zenith has caused me so much stress and upset. You don’t pay your insurance and expect this appalling service.

Paid my insurance in full 6 months later find they are taking £3 a month out my bank so I cancelled the direct debit.
I got a message saying my policy has been cancelled !
I spoke to them on the phone they said they can do me a new policy but it's slightly more expensive I have £190 in credit and the remaining balance to pay now for the new policy is £300.
Absolute joke it's all there error I paid in full avoid go else where!!!!!!”
“Absolutely terrible, they do nothing apart from pass your claim around to other companies. Seemingly they're far more interested in making money out of injury and hire cars. 6 weeks, 4 companies and hours of phone calls (by me) to be told they can't do anything. Read the reviews, avoid Zenith Insurance or Markers Study, there's plenty of other options available.”
“Very poor customer service. I asked for policy to be cancelled but it wasn't. Said they had no record of any phone calls made by me despite the fact I had managed to make a claim through them.”
“I responded to a CARP advertisement of Zenith Insurance, called them and specifically told them I was interested in getting quotes from several companies before deciding which I would choose. The quotes they gave me were no better than the company I was already with, so I told them I would not be changing companies. I then received a bill from them! I called and explained that I had NEVER signed an agreement with them but I continue to get threatening letters and the latest bill in excess of $400. Do not go near this company - they're dishonest.”

“Absolutely appalling. Involve far too many people in the process of a non fault claim and don’t keep the customer updated at all. Be prepared to do most of the work yourself as they, Markerstudy et al don’t like to do much. Thankfully the complaints dept usually know how to handle the complaints. They must get a lot!”

we had another driver go into us, the other party tried to contact our insurer but as Zenith has ignored them the other party are now taking us to court! How can you pay for insurance up front and they do not do anything and just ignore you! I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.”
