“I was a bit worried about sending off my iPhone 8 as you always manage to read the bad reviews! I was quoted a good price so packed and sent my phone. My phone arrived with Gecko at 10am. I received a message saying my phone was being processed at about 14.00. And at 16.00 received a message confirming the agreed price had been released for transfer. Fab, fast service and for a good price. One happy customer, thanks!”

Hi Shane, thank you for your feedback. Your phone was dead. As per the guidance on our website we do not accept dead phones. We made an offer nonetheless which you accepted, rather than having the handset returned free of charge.
