“I bought a grade B IPhone 7Plus & was very pleased with my purchase & the phone was more like a gradeA👍The charger that came with my phone stopped working after a few days but as soon as I reported it the guys sent me a new one out straight away😊a great company & very pleased with the service I have received😁”

“Gecko Mobile was recommended to me by iFixer, my Apple repair man in Exeter. My wife and I are met by a young lad who invited us into their offices and proceeded to show us a selection of various standard refurbished phones. The one we chose for my wife was pristine and a good price, a real gem. So much so I was hoping my wife would not take to iPhones so I could have the new one. Definitely going back to upgrade my own.”

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience, and thank you for sharing it with others. I understand that you returned a handset under our warranty, but our technician discovered our internal tamper-proof warranty stickers had been removed, an unauthorised third party repair had been conducted after we sold the handset, and small parts were missing. We did do our best to help you despite this not being our fault, and we hope to see you again in the future.
