“Was sent two different phones that both had faults. Ended up with no phone for 2 weeks and in the end sending them back for a refund and purchasing from GiffGaff. Will not use the service again.”

“I brought a phone from gecko mobile after having an awful experience with another company where I didn’t receive my phone, so I was quite apprehensive about buying online again however my experience was such a breeze with gecko the phone I brought was ten pounds cheaper than my previous purchase and I received a fully working phone the next day the phone was in excellent condition and I’ve had no issues it was such a relief to finally have a decent working phone and not have to worry about being scammed I will purchase my daughter Xmas phone from here can’t praise gecko enough”

“First of all I was really worried to sell anything like this online. However the reviews initially helped massively. It’s the best company so far that is true to their promises and values. I have send my iPhone 8 and they got it with 2 days and by the end of the day that they received it, my payment just got transferred into my bank account. Their tracking system it's great and communication amazing. I didn't have any issues to report however I'm sure they would be prompted to resolve it quickly and the best way possible. Thank you!!”
