“Was offered £150 then only given £76. Reason was a scratched screen although I didn’t believe it was too bad.”

Hi Graeme, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I can see when the phone was assessed the Team found the heavy scratching to the phone's display were too severe to be classed as minor damage, so unfortunately the offer was revised.

“The phone was delivered promptly; it was well packaged and in very good condition. Unfortunately the upgraded battery doesn't hold charge for long, but I understand this is a feature of the iphone7.”

“Amazing. Brought a phone from them for my daughter as a birthday present. I was so impressed I ordered another one for my son. I have recommended this company to so many people, I know my mum has ordered her new phone from here and I will be buying another for my partner for Christmas. They are definitely 10 out of 10 plus free delivery!! I purchased the new battery aswel and have had no problems! Absolutely love this company”
