“The post office sent the phone to wrong place and was lost, I then recieved about 60 per cent of the cash I was supposed to, about two months later.”

Sorry to hear the Post Office lost the phone you posted to us, and Royal Mail took a long time to process the claim. We do recommend all high value items are posted via a fully insured service like Special Delivery.

“Excellent experience, easy to do. Sent phone to company, email received to advise it had been received and payment in account same day. Only downside no packaging sent. But can easily make you’re own!”

“I would definitely recommend Gecko, I had a a small problem with my iPhone 8 Plus which turned out to be my fault but Kimberly was so helpful, I would say their customer care is exemplary, they would be my first stop if I decided on another upgrade”
