“Sent off the phone in the packaging provided. Heard back the next day that they received it. Within 3 days we had the full amount paid into our account. Several emails and texts telling us the progress of the sale. Very happy with the service. Will be using your company again. The best price for my phone was here. Thanks.”

“No complaints. The Website is easy to navigate and the product was exactly as described. It arrived within 2 days of ordering, which in the frantic weeks before Christmas is pretty good going. “Fantastic service and what a great price. The phone arrived well packed and secure, and although it stated refurbished, it was as good as new, I mean literally brand new! The difference between £800 and the price I paid was the packaging. So if you don't want to spend £600+ on a box, I suggest Gecko Mobile Shop is the place for you. If you want to spend £600 on a cardboard box and a bit of plastic, carry on shopping somewhere else!”

“I sat on my original phone, and then tried to repair it cheaply with a new screen. Both big mistakes I should of turned to these guys straight away best decision ever seriously. I put in fair condition for the phone I have no idea why it’s marked as fair there is not a mark on it. Best Buy ever”
