“Very disappointed with Gecko. Why don't you text or email with your decision to only pay £5? It's no good putting on your order status page where I'm unlikely to look and challenge. The iPhone 6S that I sent you worked fine albeit the battery was weak, and yet you decide it is unusable. I feel robbed! I will actively ensure that no one I know every uses your service.”

We sent you email notifications of each stage of the process. I am sorry if you did not receive our emails for any reason. The phone was dead and the SIM tray had been removed so we were unable to check the IMEI/serial number. Therefore we had no way of knowing whether the phone was account locked, stolen, etc. The phone was processed as per the guidance on our website and T&Cs.
