“Avoid Gecko Mobile. I bought a reconditioned mobile and paid £20 for a battery upgrade. They do not reply to emails asking for a refund and customer service after they have your money is non-existent. Stick to using a larger supplier is my advice. There is no customer service telephone service, only emails which are ignored”

Having looked through the conversation history, I can see that all emails have been responded to by our Team, to explain that sadly, the Battery Upgrade Service you're referring to is non-refundable, as explained on our website.

“Everything about the phone/customer service/delivery was v good. Phone seems great. The only issue that arose was a VAT question which was a frustration but in fairness Gecko answered us quickly.”

“I found the service to be excellent, the phone was as described, so far it has been perfect, although I’m hindsight I wish I’d taken up the offer of a new battery pre purchase, as it was a good deal and I hadn’t realised that the battery efficiency would be be affected (my bad for not checking) I’d have no problem recommending them to others, will use again.”
