“Had an issue with the 1st phone but the return process was easy and the replacement phone is working great. The condition of the phone was great as well. Overall very pleased with the phone, price and service, would use them again”

“After hearing good things about Gecko I decided to take a look at their website. Not only was there a fantastic variety of phones but the site was easy to navigate and made purchasing items very simple. I bit the bullet and bought an iPhone 8 Plus. This was a doddle to do and the phone arrived at my door in just a few days. The phone was immaculate and the service was above and beyond. “The phone arrived faster than Lewis Hamilton can get around Silvestone. I was concerned at first when I noticed the battery cut out on the first day of use. I contacted Gecko and they reassured me that this would sort itself out after its first full charge. And it did! The phone is in amazing condition and I use it daily for around 2hrs per day and I never get past the 50% battery mark. I am a first time refurbished phone buyer and it is petrifying (especially when you hear some people's reviews), but I have been comforted in the service, the quality and the price! Thank you Gecko mobile.”
