“Bought 2 iPhone 7 Plus phones for granddaughters Christmas presents, one worked okay, the other was faulty. It was replaced but 2nd phone was faulty also. Finally received an acceptable phone on 3rd attempt. Although customer services dealt with the problem, the whole process took a month to resolve. Quality control needs to be much improved!!!”

“I have always owned a mobile phone, but thought I had no use for an all singing, all dancing model . . . until the grandchildren came along and shamed me. While not wanting to spend hundreds of pounds on the latest models I decided to purchase a reconditioned second hand one. Being wary of certain companies proud boasts I eventually gained enough trust to purchase one from Gecko Mobile. I did not expect the earth for what I paid for . . . but got the World, you surpassed my wildest dreams. The condition was superb, even though I could have spent a lot more I was very happy and felt that I got my money's worth.”

“At first I thought this was a scam and I was looking to buy the iPhone 8 that I got from you from a shop in Ilford in east London and your price was so irresistible I had to give it a shot and you even offered a high capacity battery change which I was like yooo I definitely need this and after you even offered 5% off and I’m like right I’m getting this so I’m really happy that I got it from you and I strongly recommend everyone who’s getting a phone to get it from you gecko people :)”

“iPhone 8 arrived quickly and and as advertised. Thought I had an issue with the phone as it kept turning its self on for a few seconds when I moved the phone. Contacted Gecko who quickly responded and advised me to change one of the settings which resolved the issue (raise to wake - which I did not know anything about). All in all excellent service.”
