“Disappointed. Item reclassified as poor when it had no scratches, screen marks or dents. Only marks was from “grit” from having a case on it which is extremely common. Worst recycle experience having done so several times over the year with other companies. Only reason I accepted was because I couldnt be bothered with the hassle of returning then trying elsewhere.”

Our website explains that we can only accept minor wear under the Good Condition category, and our Team found that the grit damage you mention was just too severe to be considered as minor damage, and so made you an adjusted offer. We are always happy to return phones to customers if they are not 100% satisfied with the revised offer.

“I can't recommend Gecko Mobile enough. A couple of years ago we ordered 2 phones for Christmas presents. They arrived very promptly even though we are based in Ireland and the phones were delivered to England. Unfortunately we had to send one phone back because our daughter decided that she did not want an iphone. Gecko Mobile made the whole return process very easy and we were able to speak to someone, a real person, and not rely on emails. The refund was received very promptly. This year we wanted a an iPhone 10 for our son and of cause the first and only website we went to was Gecko Mobile's. I can not recommend these guys highly enough.”

“It was the first time I used gecko mobile and I wasn't disappointed in fact the full package the website the delivery and the phone way exceeded my expectations I would definitely recommend gecko I have bought refurbished phones from other companies in the past and gecko was easily the best thanks gecko”
