“I've ordered many items from geek and although most do arrive a few things haven't and you have to apply for a refund on it, and if you want your cash back into your account they'll tell you 14days at least, but everyone I've asked for that, IT NEVER ARRIVED at all, so don't ask for original payment you won't get it, I've lost quite a few pounds that way!”

“I ordered a few items in June, and to this day nothing has arrived. i have cancelled most of the items, but due to the time frame, I received store credit instead of cash back. store credit is pointless if you dont receive the stock you order.”

“Ze zetten een veel goedkopere prijs bij het product dan wat het in werkelijkheid is. Werkelijke prijs zie je pas in je mandje. Je moet er gemiddeld 1 maand wachten op u product en hun track and trace klopt niet met de werkelijkheid. En soms krijg je zelfs een andere kleur of ander formaat dan wat je gevraagd hebt. En terugbetalen doen ze maar volgens de nep prijs en dus veel minder dan wat je in werkelijkheid betaald hebt.”
