Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

“David was a delightful young man, he didn’t laugh at this pc ignorant old lady and fixed all the problems I was having with setting up my new iPad and iPhone, retrieving information I imagined was long gone. I had forgotten to ask him about Protection from ‘malware’? issues,after a Norton debacle… but will contact you sometime soon to set something up. Many thanks again David. Chris Coles.”

“Jack was on time, polite and managed to fix an issue other IT specialists couldn't. Very polite & courteous, keeping me informed throughout his tasks. Would definitely recommend Jack to anyone. He deserves a pay rise !!”

“Hi , I requested to have extenders added to improve my Spark Wifi service / GOW reckoned easy fix and that I installed DECO units however these failed to work, however I kept losing my internet connection. I requested that Geeks return and reinstall so the system worked correctly however two visits later nothing improved. In fact I had worse Wifi coverage than previously. At the same time I lost connection to Netflix, Spotify and my security cameras. Geeks suggested that I replace the Deco units with another batch but I was so frustrated by this time that I decided to request my money back which was agreed.”

We're sorry for the stress this experience may have caused as we understand that internet and WiFi coverage is critical in this day and age. “We were advised the day before that our technician Kieran was coming, and we got a reminder text on the day 30 mins before he arrived. He did a great job, was polite but personable and communicated effectively, making sure a less technical person was aware of and understood what it was that he was doing. This work related to a Cyber hack, and Kieran made a stressful and unpleasant situation less so through his care, approach and rapport building skills.”
