Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Very pleased with the service received from Geeks on Wheels - the service person who attended was very punctual, professional and promptly assessed the situation, offered advice and explained the issues involved and provided a reasonable quote for the work to be completed. We were very pleased when we received our computer back and the company delivered on everything it said it would without issue or recourse. Recommend them thoroughly.”

“I found Kevin to be extremely helpful in solving my problems with my email service - he handled what to me was a considerable problem with great efficiency, making sure he kept me in the loop by explaining what he was doing. Geeks on Wheels has proved a very valuable and comforting service to me whenever I have seen a need for their services and I would recommend them to anyone who may require help with their computer operations.”

“We have been using the services of Geeks on Wheels for many years and we have been fortunate enough to have the same technician for the last three visits. We contacted them when we needed two new laptops because it is a brand we trust. We knew what sort of service we were going to receive so it made the decision to buy the laptops from them rather than shopping around far easier.”

“While Harry was a charming young man, it was a rather fruitless visit as he was unable to solve the problem, and because he had tried to change something on the new router it took him about 30 minutes to get through to 2 Degrees on the phone.”

“HarryB was pleasant and helpful. Sadly however he was unable to get our printer working. It would be useful if your website said that Geeks on Wheels don't have expertise in solving software problems with printers. A phone consultation might have saved me paying $130 to find out my printer needs to be replaced - I could have put that money towards a new printer.”

“This is a really good service. Michael was very skilled and knowledgeable. He was masked and wore gloves in keeping with Covid Level 2 protocols. He was courteous, friendly and highly competent. He quickly sorted out my computer glitches. Thank you for a great service.”

“This review is quite easy to do. We have had dealings with these guys twice before and when my business computer crashed during lockdown 4 they acted very professionally. I am quite behind on computer knowledge, which I explained to Harry, who is a young guy and he was Great! He explained what my options were and helped me to go forward. Very happy to recommend.
