The initial problem that warranted my call was fixed promptly - however the Technician then changed something on my settings which took him a further 45 minutes to recify.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We really appreciate feedback from our customers about their experience. A 5-star standard is what we expect our customers to receive, we understand that this job may have taken longer than required due to the mistake made by the technician however we have looked into your appointment and it seems that the total time of the invoice did not exceed the minimum so luckily no additional charge was created due to this error. We do however apologise for the inconvenience caused by having the technician onsite for longer than planned. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0800 424 335 and ask to talk to one of our managers and we will gladly see what we can do to assist.

First time I have used Geeks on Wheels, they were amazing! While I am I.T. savvy, the service Donovan provided was exceptional. While he was absolutely thorough, he worked very fast, likely saving our business hundreds of dollars due to his efficiency and competence. As we are a small business, a smooth transition to new hardware and system upgrades was essential. I cannot speak highly enough of both Donovan and Geeks on Wheels. Absolutely stoked with this service.

Excellent Service - friendly and professional. Arrived on time and was very efficient. I would 100% recommend Geeks on Wheels. Also, I didn't realise until today but they also sell laptops, printers etc which is very useful to know for the future. I booked their services online and they then contacted me to confirm a suitable date and time to meet. On the day of my appointment, I received a call confirming to me that they were on their way - very easy process.

Excellent technician - Kieran. Explained process in searching for non-performance of email attachment function. Solved problem. Accessed performance level of existing computer and explained the advantages of acquiring an acer X2690G through Geeks. A pleasant, unassuming helpful technician. Highly recommended. Also many thanks to Tim for fitting in an early appointment time slot.

Harry was fantastic, being 77yrs old, he led me through everything, would definitely have him again, very polite, very helpful. 11 out of 10 ! I very much appreciate all the help from Geeks on Wheels 👍🏻

Pretty disappointed that we paid $250 for just over 1 hours work and the job never got completed. I could have purchased a new TV for this amount. Basically all the technician suggested was for us to contact LG. I could have done this myself and saved $250 or the guy I contacted to book the job could have suggested I done this and save me $250. So basically DONT use Geeks on Wheels for any TV related issues, you may as well go and put $150 on a race horse. Thanks Dan Harper

Hi Dan, we are sorry to hear you've had this experience with us. Whilst we usually find we manage to fix most of the issues we run into with TVs there can certainly be times we experience that we can't fix an issue. We're disappointed to hear that this was one of those times. Unfortunately, our call center team are not technicians so they would be unaware of whether calling LG would be the first step or not so they would not have been able to guide you through with the best steps forward and we do apologize for that. We have passed this on to a manager to look into further and get back to you.

James M called first thing to get rid of aother horrid virus that wormed it's way into my software, like slimy maggots. YUCK. Peace of mind, prompt, reliable & professional service performed again from a smiling GEEK! A1+++

It took some time to contact your service, but once I gained access to one of your experts, he quickly ascertained that I require a personal visit. The technician ( Ashwin) was patient and quickly determined that a faulty Router was the problem. which replaced it with better quality one. He then changed some passwords for me and left me with a working PC.
