Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Fixed several problems interfacing my PC with my home networking that I'd been having for a few months and which I had struggled with no success. And with one job done moved on to integrating my new Mobil Phone with my home security system. Then got some other new tech working in minutes which I'd looked at as near hopeless issue. Simply a brilliant job done all round! Great value for money fixing issues and offering solutions I hadn't thought of. Highly recommended.”

“I thought the customer service was outstanding as it involved an initial session of an hour attending to scanning and printing issues, plus the setting up of Grammarly as a spell check for my two email systems - Xtra and Outlook. The staff technician Alex, was polite, well-informed, and efficient leaving hand-written instructions on procedures to follow. Subsequently, I had difficulty engaging Grammarly with Xtra due to a misapprehension of where the relevant Grammarly icon was located. Geeks kindly permitted me a free callback service a few days later to enable Alex to quickly inform me of my misapprehension and then supply me with additional instructions to better clarify the usage of Grammarly on Xtra.”
