We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Jack M solved my printer/scanner connectivity issue and significantly enhanced our wireless strength + speeds across our home network...........two wins! He was super helpful, communicated in a non-tech way so I understood what he was saying and also outlined for me several options to consider for solutions. Overall 10 out of 10. Thx heaps Jack!”

“We were experiencing problems with our landline telephone and none of the solutions offered by our internet provider, via mobile telephone conversations, worked and no offer was forthcoming to arrange for technical support, so I contacted Geeks on Wheels. Notwithstanding their lack of familiarity with our particular problem, they readily offered to have a look and soon discovered a faulty telephone port in our modem. We are now awaiting a replacement modem from our internet provider.”

“Josh provided excellent prompt service with a smile. Extremely competent and efficient even though I had a major problem he had not seen before where McAfee was eating my computer. Would recommend.”

“Martin sorted me and my computer out with wisdom and knowledge. He gave me very clear guidelines and answers to the myriad of questions I asked him. That is a skill that is not always inate in those who understand this modern technology. He has this ability and I throughly recommend him to help anyone who has IT difficulties. “I find Geeks on Wheels very responsive. They send someone out very promptly. The Geek technicians are specialists and know their stuff. They are helpful, giving clear explanations so that the layperson can understand. I asked for a computer health check/clean-up and this seemed to me to be done thoroughly. My concerns were addressed and I am very satisfied. I like the after-service notes which are helpful.”
