The service was the day I called. Luke was polite & competent, he worked through the problems & suggested solutions. After waiting for Skinny to connect we were able to connect after over 3mths of connection difficulties.

Although we had briefed Geeks with regard to our need to work on photos and how to set up slide shows Jesse was unable to help at all and thus disappointed We subsequently phoned up a granddaughter in Dunedin who was able to put us straight

Appeared to know his job well, he only spent 25-30 minutes here with me and fixed my three problems quite quickly.

The booking process was easy with no difficulties. Regan was excellent with her knowledge and expertise and made me feel comfortable with my lack of knowledge of "IT" matters. Would recommend her to other people using "Geeks on Wheels"

Problem with Microsoft Office 365 Outlook Email not resolved after 2 visits. Either software is a dog or setup is not right.

Geeks on Wheels has been a lifeline for me as a small business! They always go over and above and in this lst instance when I h=was having trouble with a 'combined' inbox issue, Jim even stepped outside of the usual service, put his 'thinking cap' on and decided to create some code to get around the issues we were having in order to reach long-term resolve. I was blown away by the fact that because it niggled him too, that there was no solution to my issue, he went about trying to solve it somehow and a few days later advised me he had a solution if I was interested. All the staff I have dealt with at Geeks on Wheels, be it Vaughan or whoever, have been a pleasure to deal with and its so great to have a company who most obviously puts their clients first with outstanding service - the yearly subscription has paid for itself a hundred times over already. Thanks team!

The techie that came to sort my problem explained the process very clearly I was a little worried the next morning when the scan she set running was still going after 12 hours it finally stopped at 16 hr 4 min.

Excellent communication from the initial call to book an at-home appointment. Anthony D was very pleasant and efficient and unlike some computer techs I've dealt with in the past, explained things very well and didn't make me feel stupid. I felt your service was well worth the money and wouldn't hesitate to use your firm again and would recommend it to others.
