Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

Punctual and friendly service. Harry0 was patient and diligent in clearing up some ongoing issues for my work set-up and was excellent with my kids laptop configuration and security as they prepare to return to school.

As always it was easy to schedule. The charges were explained clearly. Once here, G understood quickly the issue and got right to work. He answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this service

Outstanding service. Everything step was explained to me in a way that I could understand then do by myself. I was notified in plenty of time when they were coming. Everything was fixed.

Arrived on time as agreed, very professional and caried out a workover of laptop and, particularly PC sound issues and Outlook working. PS A little disappointed that I have lost all my Outlook Contacts which may have been inevitable but was not mentioned by the (2) contractors.

This was somewhat frustrating for both of us. The check up of the Adata Time Machine just went on and on and after quite a bit of time it stalled The solution took a while to sort. I think Tim did his best to do this. I had suggested early that the amount of space in my computer’s hd might be the problem. Tim deleted some apps and files to increase the capacity. He deleted the files in the Time Machine. Finally it worked. It was a bit frustrating and time consuming to work out how to fix the issue. But I appreciated his perseverance.

I had a very nice Tech, Josh D. He found the offending software configuration within minutes. Whereas, I had laboured for three days. Why didn't I phone Geek on Wheels so much earlier? A very knowledgeable and pleasant gentleman to have in the house.
