Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Following a very prompt phone call & action to a less than satisfactory visit I will definitely change my opinion on the service. It is very obvious that this company not only really listens to the customer opinion but also acts on it to ensure the customer is sorted. I really appreciated this service & will use again if I need help”

“Very happy with Sam's visit today, showed and changed a few things that I hadn't known. Wrote notes for me on how to change things. Also, reset the computer/printer to black and white printing when the geek Weonsuk who installed it last April said with the age of the computer it couldn't be set as black and white. Interesting. After talking to a friend today who had had a geek on wheels out lately and it was Sam, also had great comments to make about him.”

“Sameera was patient and methodical in helping us with the most fundamental issues we have with our devices. He was a big help and helped us immensely. He took his time and when we knew he was clearly using more time than he thought we offered to discard the original quote and let him change it. He had been let down by spark and spent a lot of waiting time sorting it out with spark. He stuck to his original quote...”

“Laptop couldn't be fixed so I got refunded”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I apologize that you faced such issues. Paying $240 and still having no working machine is not the level of service we strive to give. We are very keen to discuss this with you further to better understand why you were charged without a workable solution. Please call 0800 424 335 and ask to speak to Andy so we can get this resolved.

“As much as I can say, the service of the work done is great. However, flip side, calling the 0800 customer service line is so frustrating as all they do is take my name & number & get someone to call me back. A call I would get towards the end of the day. Every single time I have called!”

We apologise that there has been a delay in getting a reply from our customer service line, during peak times there can be a delay with responses from our tech support line however we are working on improving this service to minimise these delays. Calls to our 0800424335 bookings team are normally answered within a few minutes of the call.
