We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

“Vaughan was quickly able to identify the difficulties I experience with having documents stored in several different locations. He did as much as he could while here, and explained that things were not set up or installed properly when files were transferred over from my old computer. He outlined what needs to happen in the future to completely sort the situation, and I appreciated understanding the clear course of action. Excellent service from Vaughan and the company.”

“Jack was terrific. He diagnosed the problem and very patiently explained it. He then went about sorting out the system. We now have new routers. He ensured I understood the new system and that all parts were connected and working. I am very grateful for his patient and expert help. Thank you”

“Paul was terrific I personally know very little and he was clear and did just what i asked and needed with laptop and phone.. Recovered lost contacts and photos which was special and greatly appreciated. Very easy to understand and excellent communication. Overall great experience”

“I hate computer problems and I even hate anyone touching my stuff.... But disaster struck and I found GoW very helpful to a stressed-out client. My problems were solved. Things were efficiently moved from the old computer to the new one, and everything else (printer etc) attached and working better than ever before... I am a very happy customer.”
